1. Use a wide angle lens in smaller spaces such as a bathroom. 2. Take exterior photos at an angle. This shows the home in more depth versus taking a photo straight ahead. 3. Invest in good equipment. A cell phone camera doesn't do the job. Anything 5 megapixels or higher is effective and still affordable. Also, a tripod will work wonders for fixing crooked or blurry pics. 4. Use as much natural light as possible. Flash is a back-up option. 5. Home staging should be done before you take your listing photos. 6. The best angles for photos will usually be from the door or entrance of a room, as it gives you the most complete view. 7.
